Healthcare simulation is an essential element of modern medical education. However, qualified simulation technicians remain scarce. SIMTECHED addresses this need by equipping future technicians with robust technical, organizational, and communicative competencies — enabling high-quality simulation training and ultimately contributing to improved patient safety.
